Awards will be given to
each head coach at the conclusion of the meet. Each
school may have an awards ceremony at their discretion. Please feel free to
use the park facilities.
ENTRY FEE
Schools may enter an
unlimited number of athletes in each division. The fee
is $7 per athlete or a maximum price of $125 per school. The minimum entry
fee is $50. A $25 late fee will
apply for late roster entries.
Make checks

available.

I know this is extremely
early to have a roster of your team but in order to
use electronic scoring you will need to enter your athletes online
via www.athletic.net by AUG 20. If you are not sure of your complete
roster you can use pseudo names
for some of your athletes (i.e. Lodi #1,
Lodi #2, Lodi #3). More detailed
instructions are included with this
general information sheet.
Check in near the start
line at the rear of the park beginning at 2:30.
Coaches need to pay entry fee and receive race packets including
individualized bib numbers, and pins.
Races will be electronically
timed by �About Timing Association�.
Results will be posted as soon
as possible after each race.
NO parking inside of the park. Parking for busses and cars are on the
street and in the lot just west of the park on Turner Road.
Teams
that arrive before 2:30 may shuttle their athletes to the start/finish
area, then have their bus park in the west lot.
